Werk was over kecoh ytd. Manager told me dat there were a lot of complains made. Somehow, I dun think it's entirely our fault. Like HELLO! It was peak hrs and shortage of staff..They can't expect us to attend to each of them at the same time rite.. It's not like we jus plainly refuse to respond but we were too bz wif other chores. If like dat, y dun they hire 27 staff? Darn! Customers always right? Bullshit sia.. But recallin back of those advices I got, yeah.. I'm in the service line. And I expected to give the BEST to them.
